Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of StockClaw AI ("StockClaw") through the website, the progressive web app, the Android app and notifications. The full terms shown in the app are at stockclaw.co/terms.html; this page summarises them and sets out regional availability. If a translation differs from this English page, the English page applies.

Information only

StockClaw summarises public news and scores how much it may matter for the tickers on your watchlist. It is an information tool. It does not give financial, investment, legal or tax advice, does not recommend buying, selling or holding any security, and does not predict prices. Make your own decisions and, where needed, ask a licensed professional.

Who can use StockClaw

You must be 18 or older and allowed to use the service where you live.

Regional availability

  • Your declaration. When you create an account, or at your next sign-in if your account is older, you choose your country or region of residence and confirm that it is where you live. You agree to keep it correct and to change it in Settings → Account if you move. We rely on this declaration to apply the rules below.
  • Hong Kong. StockClaw is not offered in Hong Kong. You may not create an account with a Hong Kong residence. An existing account whose residence is Hong Kong is paused: it receives no notifications and can only download or delete its data.
  • Australia. StockClaw is available with a simpler view: impact and confidence are shown as High, Medium or Low without numbers, and signals have no positive or negative label. This applies if your residence is Australia or you use StockClaw from Australia. Paid plans, if we ever offer them, will not be offered in Australia.
  • How we check. We use your declared residence and, where available, the country your request comes from, whichever is stricter. Do not use a VPN, proxy or false residence to get around these rules; we may suspend accounts that do.
  • These rules can change as we take advice in each market. We will update this page and the changelog when they do.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure. You can delete your account at any time in Settings, or by emailing support@stockclaw.co. See the Privacy Policy for what we store.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no scraping or reselling, no attempts to get around access controls or regional rules, no interference with other users or our systems.
